I'll start a diet low in calories …?
and I have some questions … First, I leave my house in the morning for school, then go directly the YMCA, and then to work, so I'm not at home and I have no access to a kitchen. So, I have packs 100 calories, 90 calories Special K bars, granola, Yoplait Light 100 calories, 90 calories fruit strips and uncrustables taken to lunch at 210 calories. I only drink water. I'm not eating over 1200 calories, but I wonder how many calories should I eat? the amount of calories you eat when you had the most successful weight loss? Also, what are the foods low in calories i can (easily) grab and carry with me in the morning do not have to be refrigerated or cooked? Also, I keep seeing crap about Wulong tea oolong … is what really helps you lose fat? I know that is not a "magic pill" or something, I have curiosity to know if it helps a little? thanks also, i seem to have plenty of fat ccovering my ass, lol, what is the best exercise to help get rid of it?
980 cal. one day an hour or two of excersize a day. you can even walk, just add as anouther 30 minutes
