healthy smoothies ?!?!?
I'm looking for some recipes for healthy smoothies could drink every day for breakfast or a meal replacement. I would hate to have to be high in sugar and fat as low as possible … Anyone have recipes with nutrition information? thanks!
Honey, first you should have a meal replacement shakes. You can have a shake for breakfast, if it is high in nutrients and protein, but not any other food. Or you could have with a meal or snack. Therefore, the shakes are very easy to do. You can mix any type of fruit (and you can do this with the mixture fruit or frozen fruit) and yogurt and ice in a blender and add the juice if desired. You basically can put any amount of anything in it. I hope this helps!
